It was good learning experience. The director is helpful regarding understanding the products and applications.

Work culture is bad. Deduction in monthly expense vouchers. Salary deduction anytime for any nonsense reasons. No incentives.

I faced several issues with salary deductions. On multiple occasions, money was deducted from my salary without prior warning. This unpredictability made it very difficult to manage my finances.
