As per the goverment regulations the pay hike is fixed and promotions are subjected to the vacancies as per the seniority list and the recent outsourcing the chances of the promotion are scanty at this point of time.

Being a government undertaking, it is hard to lose the job, hence the job security is very high.

Company has no clear policy for those employees ( regarding food ) who are posted in rural backward area, company had to take responsibility to feed such employees quality food so that such employees can retain their good health thus resulting in better efficient work & ultimately resulting in growth of the company.
