As company is new, you can get maximum exposure with inter departments and customers, which, in big corporates has less opportunity.

Since you have mentioned to be brutal, I will go ahead and mention it, employees need Saturday off to keep personal and work like balanced.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
