Brand was good, I have enjoyed my work there were few good colleagues who supported me and motivated me. Overall a great learning

Dislikes

Few HOD were useless and doing politics in the hotel specially the HR head and Security head. Both were involved into politics and were doing partiality. There were too much owner’s involvement during work hours. During pendamic salary got delayed by 3 months

Job security - Bad

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

I was a topper in terms of guest satisfaction and revenue generation. I was topper in GSS score and was a certified trainer for my junior level staff

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
