My experience working at radical minds was highly disappointing. The management seemed disorganized and out of touch with the needs of their employees. Communication was poor, with frequent changes in policies that were never properly explained. There was also a lack of support from supervisors, who were often unavailable or unresponsive to issues raised by the team. Moreover, the company culture felt toxic and demoralizing.
