My experience working at radical minds was highly disappointing. The management seemed disorganized and out of touch with the needs of their employees. Communication was poor, with frequent changes in policies that were never properly explained. There was also a lack of support from supervisors, who were often unavailable or unresponsive to issues raised by the team. Moreover, the company culture felt toxic and demoralizing. This is the worst company to ever work when I was working there was a leakage of piss through the wall we have worked there about a month like that they promised us we will get night allowance that we never got they always tell us that we have to get a sign from our managers then we will get it we worked over time and never got our money they our scammers

the redical minds company the management system is my bad I complicated mu notice period and submit my FNF but it is 3 month complite I did not received my FNF amount yet i am going to the office again and again and they told me please wait for 8 to 10 days we will i initiate your FNF amount but no received yet and I am sending massage on WhatsApp to the hr but thay no response

Most pathetic company in gurgaon this company should be black listed from the industry. Now they started giving fake reviews on Google, forces employees to submit 5 star on google and if any employee submit 1 star they issue warning letter for that employee. If you will research company’s rating increases rapidly from last of feb 2024 to march 2024. Please don’t come here for any type of job. And now they started holding the salaries of employees and if you will take any LWP then also your salary will be on hold. And at the time of FnF many employees don’t receive their amount even after 3 to 6 months and in induction they promise to give full fnf amount within 45 days....Read More
