Honestly nothing to be disliked as ups and downs are always a part and parcel of any jobs. Only one thing will be appreciable if Complete salary of an employee gets completely on papers so that employee can justify their actual salary in banks or other career professionals.

I am really surprise, no body can understand how many steps to make a product. ( form below label to top label) . Specially management . As per my point of view, no one can maintain responsibility , except 2/3 persons, which i feel any time. As per my designation my Salary is good.
