It's good for those who are looking for government jobs, gives a learning curve, as you will get engaged in work, you can improve on your skills

Learning vise you will learn many things as you come across various students. Salary and job prospects vise not that great, you will be paid very less plus they will bring pointer system , so that we earn little and for that little we have show our work
