The overall work culture in RAAS devigarh is good. Teammembers are supportive and the management is always helpful. There are enough recreation facilities for the staffs. The villagers are also helpful.

Work Details

The job is more fun and challenging. You get to learn new concepts every new day which will help you in future. I got a chance to be trained under the most knowledgeble and humble manager in the company who leads the department in all localities.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
