Toxic work culture. Poor management Not an ideal space for growth. No overtime policy but you will be forced to work late and even in weekends given some dumb reason

Dislikes

They hire you for 1 position without any training and for a position that doesn’t even match your skill set. The interview is only based on if you can work your life out with little salary. The global IT department is shit. If you have good communication skills you will be smart enough to understand during your interview round.

Politics Politics and Politics. There's no job security. If you are talented and want to do anything meaningful and worthwhile, old guard won't let you do it. They would target you and create such situations where quitting job will only be alternative left. So if you don't have energy and screw your mental health, stay away from here

They did not cut the enmployee salary when they are come 15 min late in office.
