They do not have any work policies, they hire you for any other work and assign you in other technologies. Worst HR's I have seen ever. They do not care about your any situation. Any time they make any rules and regulations which only suits to their benefits.

Dislikes

No team work, they even don't know the real meaning of team. This doesn't matter that you are a fresher, they directly assign you the live projects. No senior developer stays here.

I worked at Quytech over a year. This company has a work life balance culture. I learned a lot here. They have great projects and a very supporting team. My career was boosted by them.

A really good environment for employees. I happen to learn a lot of things here. We take break times between the work to cut off from work and chill for a while. One can never feel any work pressure. Such a cheerful place to work at.
