Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is always very high.Every time I have to work 14-16 hour's straight in a day as I have to attend sometimes 24hrs.HOD don't value an individual's unique strengths, Which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of times.Also when fresher came to job,on their time I have training for fresher,in working time this is painfully sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is fully challenging as I have to look after the entire production as well as manage day to day entire field operations.Entire plant is fully robotics and automation software work also knowledge required.
