There is nothing to like. The salary is not competitive, it is actually way more than standard. So it becomes difficult when one tries to switch. Also company blackmail resources to work for them for more than 100 hours in a week, but never pay a single amount for over-time and loot all the money that it recovers from its clients towards over-time work done by resources....Read More

No work life balance. Management thinks resources as its personal property. They can ask employees to work at any point of time in a day, without listening o resources problems. On top of that, one can't take leaves as per his/her choice or need.
