I like the diversity of the people working there from all over the states people comes here and became friends forever especially youngsters.

No job security.They starts laying off on baseless grounds. Poor salary structure.Poor leave policy even if you fall sick sometimes due to the fear of workload and fear of loosing number of leaves in a year compelled to go office. No professional-work life balance as there's no certainty when you wrap up and finally go home and of course constant pressure from the team which lead you to be perplexed and disrupt your mind over the hastiness because of the irrelevant targets.Poor work culture.Poor growth.Even neglects the one who deserve acknowledgement and appreciates the one who lacks basic understanding of concept.And also no OT for extra hours. I worked as a legal associate on document review projects mostly and also try hands on basic contract review and abstraction.Working there was not a easy task for me though I tried beyond my capacity but couldn't able achieving or receive anything.
