Sometime i thought why they are running company... No appraisal at last year...this year only 10%. Work load is too much...no proper staffing...Work on PH...Leave criteria is very poor...No proper management...there are too much things...No proper package as compare to market.

It was really good. I would Join again if had a chance. My managers were the nicest people I have ever met. It has been more than 2-3 years but still in touch with them and other colleagues. Nicest bunch of people I have worked with.

Salary was not great at the beginning but received an appraisal and increment with in 1 year.

Managers donot value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. No way for career growth.
