I love the working environment we have where we can clearly feel no stress and every 9 hour of every day in the office passed away in a click, not because of too much work on us but the friendly colleagues and the balanced workload. Saying that every place is 100% perfect will never be correct. But I must say feedback towards things that you think are wrong or might not be available is taken seriously here. Everyday the organisation tries and improves itself in the areas where either they themselves feel or us giving a feedback towards it.
