No proper work culture, only work pressure. Those who oppose are targeted and thrown out. Don't even care if it is an old employee who has sacrified his life in company growth. Only superiors get filled their pockets. Employee gets nothing.

Everything. They gave me a offer letter & before the joining day they said offer was given to you by mistake & threatened even to take legal action. But when I told them its their mistake & they should compensate me for all this, they said we are sorry for our mistake and withdrew the offer.

Your never be a permanent with this company it’s body shopping concept ones your don project in vendor place you will be thrown out form company with out any notice period pls don’t join this company or better to stay at home n try some other opportunities.

Gives Competitive salary & salary structure is good you can save lot tax. They generally deploy you in client location if project completed & anything happened at client end or any disputes between quess & client you will be loosing your job. Keep it as last option to join. Don't join here

Dislikes

No job security. If project completed at client end they'll just remove you. Less leaves. They don't follow any labour laws & leave standard. Only 1 leave per month & that also they include in encashment. No support from quess corp managers towards the people who are working at client locations. Medical benefits are worst. No food or meal coupons.
