I worked as a sales executive deputed to Axis Bank for two years and faced challenges with the HR team during that time. Despite my efforts over one and a half years to update my email ID, there was no proper response to salary-related queries, and I often felt a lack of respect. Everything. They gave me a offer letter & before the joining day they said offer was given to you by mistake & threatened even to take legal action. But when I told them its their mistake & they should compensate me for all this, they said we are sorry for our mistake and withdrew the offer.
