Despite my efforts over one and a half years to update my email ID, there was no proper response to salary-related queries, and I often felt a lack of respect. Your never be a permanent with this company it’s body shopping concept ones your don project in vendor place you will be thrown out form company with out any notice period pls don’t join this company or better to stay at home n try some other opportunities.

Gives Competitive salary & salary structure is good you can save lot tax. They generally deploy you in client location if project completed & anything happened at client end or any disputes between quess & client you will be loosing your job. Keep it as last option to join. Don't join here

No job security. If project completed at client end they'll just remove you. Less leaves. They don't follow any labour laws & leave standard. Only 1 leave per month & that also they include in encashment. No support from quess corp managers towards the people who are working at client locations. Medical benefits are worst. No food or meal coupons.

1. No on time salary for sure. 2.No leave balance will be you have to work all day. 3. No yearly hike or bonus till I stay or die. 4.No HR is supportive, they don’t respond to mail or calls, busy in spoiling others career. 5. They deduct 4K from your salary for leave enchantment and if you even take single leave they will deduct onF&F, 6.they charge 400, 200 Rs Background verification charges every month no body knows why? 7. They deduct 4-5 k for insurance which again from our salary sadly. 8. I saw ppl working on Saturday and Sunday too but no pay, no use of comp off too, 9.
