1*Why a supervisor always ask to HR to issue a warning letter to the employee even 100 percent Target achieved in 6 months. 2*No job security 3*Supervisors always forces employees to resign from job although the target achieved in half of the year. 4*The supervisors are also same responsible as executives for low performance,achievements and targets. 5*There is no fuel allowances for executives no (TA /DA) 6* There is no role of HR over supervisors. 7. Now-a-days a non technical employee (labours) gets a wages of near about rs400 per day bt a new joine gets only 9k per month here.company should rectify their salary structure although a graduate comes here for job....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
