Don't expect salary appraisal, leave without deductions and active engagement with HR. It's basically good for career starter but Not satisfactory for all. Don't expect much if you are working as a contractor. The plus point is to work in big MNCs and to get awareness about their work environment.

I was handling the .NET product engineering and architectural and development work for the product PATIENTPOINT. Also was taking the required L1 screening part for the resources on JAVA who are being sent to the IBM for development works and use to train.
