It's a growing organization and it helps you to grow parallely in terms of exposure towards different challenges in different platforms with respect to one's individual role. For me this place gave me a lot of opportunities to learn and make myself proficient in my work capabilities.

Scorecard system sometimes don't justify the hardwork one does, this in turm.impacts the yearly appraisal at last Promotion to a more high responsibility again depends on your scoring in each quarter which again depends on the manager, how well he/she wants you to grow and shine.

No proper structure for projects in pipeline and no structured way of executing any projects. They have really bad shift timings, also no transparency amongst the team.
