Need to complete certain training programs along with actual work Manager pushes you to complete trainings inspite of you having lots of work load Also they push you to push team leads working under you . employees just finish training for the sake of doing it without understanding anything Employees have to suffer a lot at clientside . If employees take a stand then company ask you to search outside , HR Team is of no use , They will neither support you , nor protect you HR Team is just a puppet , they are only firing employees as per management instructions...Read More

QK office people having good work life balance but client based people work life balance depends on client. Some of Clients having 6 days working but some have 5 days working so resources don't get benefit if they working for 6 days project even 6 days working gets less salary increments. Too much politics in Upper Management level. Need to perform lower level work even Management resources so attrition rate is high. Ratings not important while salary increment for Example if you received 4 rating in 1 Project will get 20 percent hike same time if you are working on another project and you have received same rating but hike can be 8 percent so there is no rationalization.
