Test Manager

The candidate should have experience in Channel Testing 12+ yrs exp with 2+ yrs exp as a Test Manager 1.Should be able to Govern the project with Quality, timelines, Budget analysis front. Should be able to identify Risk and share mitigation. 2.Should be able to visualize required steps needed on prjority and should be able to create required dashboards and status reports and present them to stakeholders at regular intervals. 3.Good communication, pro-active, alert candidate 4.Should be able to add values functionally to the team on the CRs / ENH and Work packets. (Required Banking Domain experience. Preferred Domain exp NB MB) 5. Should be hands on JIRA Zephyr. Good to have exposure to Confluence, PPM 6.Automation exp with managing projects atleast 2 years
