You will get salary on every last working day of month, and during festive ever earlier. Employee gets good options for learning and skill development.

Dislikes

No work life balance, they can ask you to work on every single weekends, weather it's required or not. Really bad approvals, fake promises.

It is great to work in QK. Since we are in service based organization, everyone was not in wfh mode. But QK along with the clients worked quick, set up the guidelines for everyone to work from home in this COVID-19 scenario. I am from performance assurance team. Thr work environment is good. I have always worked on new and exciting projects. Once you show the capabilities they give you the correct opportunities and it's upon you how well you perform. In long term projects its little difficult to come out. As minimum you have to complete 2 years. So that can be a turn off

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
