Despite lacking leadership qualities and relevant experience, they enjoy a hefty salary package of 12 lakhs. Moreover, their focus seems to be on personal endeavors rather than contributing to the team's success. The work environment is marred by favoritism, evident in the preferential treatment given to certain individuals based on their caste and connections. Additionally, politics and personal vendettas dictate decision-making, with those in power playing games to undermine those they dislike. Furthermore, the lack of support from clients, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, exacerbates the challenges faced by the team. It's concerning to see clients prioritizing personal relationships over professionalism, as evidenced by one client who elevates the importance of their spouse above all else. Working with the worst team fpna finance is a nightmare. They take credit for your hard work, shift the blame onto you for any issues, and subject you to constant torture. Despite putting in maximum effort, creating tools they dont know, the recognition is stolen, and you’re left dealing with the consequences of others' mistakes. They even accused me of disclosing crucial pricing details to another company, relentlessly pushing me to take the blame until I almost gave up. I had to fight back and refuse to accept such baseless accusations. In the end, they had no proof to support their claims.
