Nilesh Ahire, the delievery manager. He is the worst manager that I have ever worked with. He plays politics within the team, hired people and destroying there career. No one in the team like working with him. Everyone is seeking a chance to get out from the company.

Appraisal they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
