There are lots of things that we can learn here. Not only the technical skills but also how to develop your personality in a professional manner. If your performance is up to the mark then, the company will give you the desired appraisal. Management is very professional in its approach, and they are always ready to help the employees.

Dislikes

Things get more stretched when working on challenging issues in tight deadlines, which creates a bit stressful situation at times.

If you are a technology oriented person, then you should join this company. The company provides many career opportunities in new technologies, and encourages self-development. The company has flexible timing, and there are nice extra working hours. Overall, it's a nice experience to work here.

Employee growth is the primary motive of the company thus the company provides many opportunities to learn and grow. The organization has got a nice upper management that extends support all the time.Same is the case with the team leaders.

Dislikes

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
