I was worked in red line south rail metro project . This is was 03 company joint venture that is delaying the decision and always found different opinions of each company partner due to that many welfare of employees was delayed. If compare with QDVC individuals project. The three joint venture is the reason for delay of project and if joint venture showing loss in project.
