The company is open for good communication with all the staffs, through that we can earn more experiences from the senior staffs and all.. The department and people are very helpful and the experience which am earning here will be very helpful for my upcoming professional career.

Dislikes

For me the job is on contract with a less basic salary compared with oil and gas field. Contractor who given offer letter which says every year salary hike but so far there is no such increments from their side. So this one is not a secured job for me.
