Qatar Petroleum has been continuously hiring and firing. A company with no principles, ethics and moral values when it comes to firing of new hires. Hard work, competence or skills has no value, and new hires are highly prone to termination. Not at all a safe place for Indians

No opportunity to report to your line Manager and he has no idea of your capabilities or competence. If the Assistant Manager / Lead finds you a threat on his employment, you are all likely to be in the next list of firing which is happening every two to three years since 2015. Completely unsecured organisation with poor top management, never get trapped with their lucrative offer of short time.
