One of the best Banks in the Middle East. I was fortunate enough to work for two years.

Dislikes

The Reporting lines, I had to report to my Country Head at the same time, Head of Projects in the Head Office in Qatar.

Work Details

I was recruited to manage the project pertaining to new HO building in Muscat. However, half the way they Omanised my position, thereby the Project got delayed by over a year. But the Country Head repudiate this statement.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
