Career switch from PWC to TCS

Hi guys I am working in PwC India for almost 2 years. And a overall total experience of 6+ year.my Tech stack is Power BI,SQL,Power apps etc I got a call from TCS for a related position My current CTC is 13 LPA How much hike can I expect in TCS ? And also does TCS provide joining letter quickly as I have heard that they often delay it ? And how is TCS currently for work and job security currently ?

GovTech vertical is terrible, politics gets higher priority over work due to which erstwhile GnPS practice dissolved like falling cards. Mediocrity gets promoted over talents and one will have worst ever exit experience if you challenge the "status quo".

Dislikes

Job security is extremely low, if you don't belong to top 30% treat is always there for lower rating and layoff with three months of notice. No work life balance, its terrible.
