Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired fromwork. The reporting manager is too baised He is too toxic -Savio Almieda ,he is a Person who has No etiquette to talk . Also he is not a person with whom one can work , totally unsafe environment He considers women to be underated and has a lot of male ego

No doubt company is top notch and it's listed in stock market, but it depends upon the management how they manage the reputation of brand. You will get new experience of handling huge number of occupancies at the same time. It is good experience but in terms of management so much of politics are happening inside the premises which cause to mental stress for employee.
