The company always postponed the kitchen Appraisal... I can't understand why do they.. I seen there.. so many chef in the company who survived in one post always in the company. There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.
