Coming to the training, my cinema manager and duty managers has put enough efforts to make me go through everything practically and then theoretically they used to explain everything and used to help me when ever things aren't going as per the plan, but what i have seen is most of the sites lack in it. Career growth is a bit slow, when an E.S.P can become a duty officer in 12months, then why can't a duty officer is not eligible to apply of internal job promotion in 12months, even one having all the requirements he has to wait for 18 months. 2.) One thing which makes me bother is we are working on of roll, i mean what Is this off roll and onroll shit. We are the employees of PVR we share the vision of Mr. Ajay Bijli. As we are the on the 2nd party hand we are not eligible for the one and only single bonus of Deepavali we are not eligible for that, i mean what mistake we gave done. 3.) Whether you have any idea about this or not you got to increase the salary of your employees man. Even small multiplex organisations are paying duty officers above 20k starting.. and here I am receiving 16k. This is my humble request the company is loosing it's valuable assets that is its loyal employees. Without having those senior loyal employees you might not have been sitting now. Please go and see your employees life how can they lead it with a merely salary's. I accept at the end of the day we are on to business but not charity. People who are taking care of your customers you got to take care of them, you need to treat them the same way how they are treating your customers....Read More
