You have to keep on-going no matter what condition you are in. Thay have late night shifts where I had horrible experience, sometimes i finish my work around 4am then again I have to do morning shift..work pressure is so much company don't pay you your deserving amount. No incentive plans it's all fake.

Dislikes

Night and morning shift back to back. Management is worst and the North regional heads behave like so inhuman
