PVR ltd spends too much money on its branding, and neat and clean office, spending huge amount in employees engagement activities, big cafeteria

Dislikes

poor working environment in department, bad thinking about off roll employes,

managers donot have time saving skills, mult tasking, will join office 10 AM and go home 9:30 PM, for showing we are doing lots of work,

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
