I love to work in thia company because this is an entertainment industry and when i was join this company I was very happy and learn something new what goes behind the screen. Many things were new i learnt.

Dislikes

The growth is very slow, new opportunities and chances of promotion is very less. you don't know which guest will creat a scene in the many lobby to prove himself right, Which was very frustrating. Main thing which i dislike the wastage of food item at the end of the shift. As we all know many of the people all sleeping hungry. But the company don't care about. Being a manager you can not take decision when required all time you need approval for small-small things. Poor software server system, Which waste a lot of time during system activity. poor communication among the HO people. most interesting this I did not get my full uniform in three years period of time even after regular followups. And finally your jobs are not secure you don't know when your company throw you out by send a simple mail discontinue of employment. As I got in this pendemic situation. there is no personal life at INOX of unit team because you didn't get leaves when you required it depends upon upcoming movies.
