Learning as a fresher,Work life balance and few colleagues from inox set of properties

There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.

Work environment is awesome, I get the opportunity to do various roles in last 7 years. Management always showed the confidence to do out of box. We have very huge cafeteria with full of bollywood, Hollywood movie pictures and you get delicious food on subsidies rate. Company policies are good in terms of employee benefits.

There is nothing to say dislike about our company.

No growth,only references are preferred over talent, high biaseness on permanent and outsource employees.
