Am very happy to worked here but there's no career growth because of i have completed my BE degree course and i have 3years work experienced in pvr cinemas as an technician only.why? There's no promotion for employe (or) employees are never expect for job promotion in Pvr cinemas.

I worked here for 3 years but when i left my job as an technician and i completed my notice period but still now am not get my salary. Also i asked to HR team there s no proper response.
