Company policies are only for name sake,there is good appraisal as such. Don't even think about growth and making career. People who are looking for getting experience can join for a year maximum

Dislikes

There is no professional kind of working environment...lot of politics and management does that..just take experience and switch to another.

I was one of the top performers is pre-sales and topped almost in every campaign. But still no growth and proper appraisal.

Colleagues and seniors are very helpful. It's fun to work with them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The TOP Management is very friendly and Team HR specially the current Head HR is really focused and works for the employees. His employee first approach is superb !! - Recently reinstated 5 days working and 2nd and 4th for sites - Introduced flexi dress code - Compulsory off on half days. and many such policies
