As an Senior Engineer all other supporting department depend on the Senior Engineer, All required data collected from Senior Engineer like quaantities, BOQ, Estimate, Specifications etc. Senior Engineer is fully responsible for any kind of quality issues, safety issues, Project delay isuess and He not having any power to pressurize contractor or any other person to control those things. Senior Engineer need to execute all activities like supervisors. Managers always ready to use worst language and Manager always dump all guilt on the senior Engineer.
