I learnt how effectively marketing can be used to drive ROI focused campaigns. Every penny we spend on marketing has a measurable goal or objective which directly impacts the business growth.

Dislikes

We didn't have a dedicated area where we could relax or take a break from work. But recently there have been many initiatives undertaken by HR with the goal of making the workplace employee friendly, one such initiative is a 'Recharge Centre' where employees have access to many games, coffee machines etc to unwind.
