Large amount of Politics is involved in two verticals.Heads of two verticals fight with each other.Manager of the other vertical will ill-treat us or make us feel inferior in-spite of being a top performer in my work.Politics happens at AGM level.The manager will be biased and good towards the colleagues from his own state and will treat other people badly.The company at present is unstable financially with no release of incentives and conveyance on time.The Management does not interfere at grass root levels which leads to unethical and corruption practices resulting in increased liabilities of the company.There is no future for good employees or top performers as you will be thrown out just out of politics...Read More
