Company policies are only for name sake,there is good appraisal as such. Don't even think about growth and making career. People who are looking for getting experience can join for a year maximum

Dislikes

There is no professional kind of working environment...lot of politics and management does that..just take experience and switch to another.

I was one of the top performers is pre-sales and topped almost in every campaign. But still no growth and proper appraisal.

Job Environment is peaceful & at d same time professional also. Appraisals take place every year. Conveyance & other additional benefits r also der. M happy dat i am working in Puraniks.

Likes

Colleagues and seniors are very helpful. It's fun to work with them.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.We get incentives very late.There is no innovation and less learning

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
