1. Other benefits such as Insurance etc are not adequate. They provide 1 lack insurance which is a big joke for Employees. 2. You have to just Focuss on getting a salary other perks and Benefits are missing which you might receive in Big Company. 3. The sites are far away from Station so people in outskirts find it difficult to Travel and Travelling takes a lot time of your rountine. 4. They had Alternate Saturday off for Site people but cancelled from 2022. HO people can work from home on Saturdays....Read More
