HR is very bad, policy is vary employee to employee, HR policy are not transparent and not visible on employee self service. HR try to spoil career at relieving and when place resign, many candidates left company with out reliving letter even after serving 1 month notice as per their appointments letter. Company will not relive before complition of notice period even you are paying notice period amount. If they wants they will relive you after 2 months.
