Dislikes

Senior people since last 3 years is too much self centric. No leadership or mentor. Since last 3 years their only goal is cost cutting and getting bonus from group to meet kpi. Irrespective of Employees future or even client delivery. Putting work on junior employees. Work culture is now typical lala company where employee need to butter bosses which was not the scene few years back.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
