Good experience with this organisation, I would like the work culture lot in this organisation.

No career growth opportunity, learning new thing very rarely.

Work Details

I handled all the accounts and admin related work, like accounting entries, accounting treatments, verification the vouchers, prepare organisation policies, payroll management, salary disbursement, taxation related matters, tds return gst return, epf

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
